Yes, and that's a good thing. Under the EU AI Act, people should know when they're speaking with an AI. Our agents say so naturally, sound warm and human, and pass the conversation to your team whenever a person is needed.
Every project gets a fixed quote in writing after a free discovery call, so there are no surprises. AI agents usually start as a fixed-price pilot for one use case, and their running costs (AI, phone minutes) are typically a few cents per conversation.
A marketing website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, an AI chatbot or voice agent 1 to 3 weeks, and a web or mobile app 6 to 12 weeks depending on features. You get a clear timeline before we start.
Whatever fits the job and your budget: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or European models like Mistral. We're not tied to one vendor, so we can switch if a better or cheaper model appears.
Yes. We design for GDPR and similar privacy laws from day one: data hosted in your region where available, data processing agreements, access controls and no training on your data.
